This was one of those period sepia tone pictures that were the rage at county fairs in the 70s. The girl in the photo is my friend Didi who laughed when I emailed it to her.

I don't recall where it was taken. It may have been on a shopping trip to Mechanicsberg, Pennsylvania that our mothers took.
