The one in the middle facing the camera is Arabica. She is small, but definitely still growing. Excellent first-time lambing and mothering experience. Nice balance of friendliness and standoffishness.
Ewe at front with horns is Zinnia, one of our top ewes. Can see her lovely outer coat. Her son, Branch, is the white face at the lower right of the image.
The darker ewe with horns in the top right is Nina. She is 5-years-old, and the 2 times she has lambed she has given birth to big, heathy, single ram lambs. She is a bit standoffish, but excellent at lambing and mothering. Can be a bit aggressive with lambs that are not her own.
